Arriving at Your Class
You are signed up for a class at
1324 Lake Dr SE Suite #1. Grand Rapids MI.
The brick building is on the corner of Lake Drive and Carlton Avenue, directly across from Funky Buddha Yoga.
There is an onsite parking lot as well as street parking.
Entering the Building
You may enter through the main doors at the front or back of the building.
From there, go upstairs to suite #1.
The class space is in the same suite as Dynamic Essence Chiropractic Center, which you will see written on the glass door.
*If the doors to the building are locked when you arrive, the class is outside of normal business hours for the building. Don’t worry, if the door is not propped open, I will come outside and let everyone in before class starts.
I have scheduled our class with consideration of other activities that take place in the space, With that in mind, please enter the suite no more than 10 minutes prior to the start of class.

AGREEMENT AND WAIVER
Meditation and mindfulness practices may bring awareness to bodily sensations, thoughts, and feelings, including those that may feel familiar/comfortable and those that may feel unfamiliar/ uncomfortable. Meditation and mindfulness classes may include physical movement, breathing techniques, and extended time in certain positions (such as sitting or lying flat). Any technique presented is to be taken as an invitation and is performed by the participant on a completely voluntary basis. Participants should be physically and mentally able to safely participate in this class and are responsible for consulting a healthcare provider about their participation in any physical fitness or wellness class, including meditation and mindfulness based classes. If pain or difficulty arises that is cause for concern during or after the meditation or mindfulness practice, participants should stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider before continuing. This class is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, medical care, or other professional healthcare services. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with the class, including potential injuries or damages. Rhonda Robinson makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the outcome of the class. In no event shall Rhonda Robinson or associates be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
CANCELLATION POLICY
When you schedule an appointment/class that spot is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible to allow another person to take your spot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a fee equal to 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If cancellations are made less than 2 hours before your scheduled time, or if you do not show up for your service, you will be charged the full cost (100%) of the scheduled service.

Preparing For Your Session
Please wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing.
If you are comfortable with eye coverings, feel free to bring your own eye mask or similar eye covering.
I also have eye pillows for you to use if you’d like!
To support comfort and relaxation, please avoid having a large meal less than 2 hours before your session
